When accessing the Schedule menu, the “plant”, “sector” and “floor” of the station to be requested must be chosen. After making these selections, you must select the booking date and click on Search to check the available tables.
By clicking on Search, the screen will show all reserved and available tables on the selected day.
When selecting the table, you must select the day on the calendar and make your reservation.
After making your reservation, the chosen table will be yellow on the map.
In the Requisition List menu, you can find any employee’s reservation by searching for their HMC, name or document number. You can also check reservations by looking for “plan”, “sector”, “floor” or date. It is also possible to check-in on the day of your reservation so you don’t miss it.
