Expatriation
To access the system, the expatriate will need to have a registered username and password (by the HMCSA IT) and will need the initial registration of the expatriation team. Access will be limited to the expatriation scope until registration is carried out in SAP by the Human Resources department.

Support Requests
Access the Support Requests menu.
a) Choose the type of request: related to documents, residence, health or other matters.
According to the option chosen, the fields with the necessary information will be presented for that request to be fulfilled.
To make more than one request, it is necessary to repeat the processes informing the type of service, and other requested fields, even if the service is the same and/or for different dependents.
b) After all the necessary fields have been filled in according to each type of request, the user can save the request or save and send (Save and Request) the request to the expatriation team.
c) When the expatriation team accepts or rejects the request, the user will receive an email notifying them.

Consult Requests
Access the Requisition List menu.
a) Each user will only have access to their own requests.
b) When the person in charge of the expatriation team accepts the request, the name of the person who accepted will appear in this field.
c) Requisition status.
By clicking on the request it will be opened and all the information can be consulted.
For quick access to open requests, the user can also use the “Requests in Progress” icon located at the top of the system.


Accept or Reject entries from the expatriation team in the Requisition
Access the requisition through the Requisition List or the Requests in Progress icon.
a) Under “Service Progress”, click on the line in which you want to make the considerations and fill in the fields below:
After completing the desired fillings, click on Save on the screen that opened.
b) To Save all changes made to the request, click on the Save button, located at the beginning of the request.
c) If you want to send an e-mail to the person who is taking care of the process, click on the Contact Support button and choose the outlook option to send the e-mail through corporate outlook.
With each status change or inclusion of new progress in the request by the expatriation team, the system will send an email to the requester.


Cancel Requests
Access the requisition through the Requisition List or the Requests in Progress icon.
Click the Cancel Request button.
When canceling the request, it will no longer be possible to do any further process on the request.
Delete Requests
Only requests in SAVE status can be deleted. For this, the user must access the request through the Requests List or the Requests in Progress icon, click on the request that he wants to delete so that it is opened and then click on delete.
Consult number of personal documents
The main documents of the holder and registered dependents are presented.
To copy a field, position the mouse cursor over the number to be copied and click once on the field. A message that the field has been copied will be displayed.
To access the complete record, click on the name field or fields that do not represent document numbers. The HMCSA holder record will always be open.

Access the menu Expats -> Personal Information.
It is also possible to access it through the menu Expatriates -> Personal Information by clicking on the name of the holder or dependent. The HMCSA holder record will always be open.
As soon as the expatriation team registers the user in the system, they will be able to make requests for support services.
As soon as the expatriate team carries out the documentation processes and enters them in the system, with each status change, the system will send an email to the user informing the changes made. If more than one status change is made for different documents, the system will send a single e-mail with all the changes made.
Dates accompanied by an asterisk (*) symbol indicate that it is an estimate of time for completion of the process, an estimate based on the deadlines of suppliers, bodies responsible for issuing documents, etc.

Who is part of the expatriation team?
Those responsible for each scope of the system can be consulted in the system as shown below.
At the top of the system, click on the “Need help?” icon
By clicking on the icon, a new window will open with all those responsible for each scope.
