Information for the 1st and 2nd shifts (Vehicle Factory) |

Compensation of the negative balance of the bank of hours.

We inform all employees directly or indirectly involved in vehicle production on the 1st and 2nd shifts that on Saturday, May 17, there will be a compensation from the bank of hours, in order to adjust the production volume, according to the schedule below:

⏱️ RULES FOR COMPENSATION

Method: Collective bank of hours system
Conversion: Each 1 hour worked will be counted as 1 hour and 36 minutes
Balance (impact on bank of hours): Positive

⚠️ IMPORTANT

Employees with a negative bank of hours balance will be called in. If they fail to attend:

  • Without justification, they will:

    • Have 8 hours deducted from their monthly salary;

    • Be impacted in their Profit Sharing (PLR);

    • Have 8 hours also deducted from their bank of hours balance.

  • With legal or medical justification:

    • The 8 hours for this day will not affect the current bank of hours balance;

    • The previous negative balance will remain unchanged.

Employees with a zero or positive balance will also be called in, and the hours worked will be paid as overtime, either in the month of compensation or the following month, depending on the payroll closing date.

Situations not covered above must be previously addressed with the Employee Relations department, through direct leadership.

📎 Notes:

    • This bank of hours compensation does not apply to apprentices, interns, or administrative employees;

    • Employees on the 6×3 shift will work as usual on this day;

    • The 3rd shift will end activities at 6:05 a.m.;

    • The list of company shuttles and routes for Saturday will be released soon;

    • We emphasize that employees from the Engine department will NOT be included in this compensation.

🍽️ Meals

  • Only the Vehicles restaurant will operate normally, offering the “Home-style”, “Chef’s Special”, and “Grill” services (excluding the Korean menu), during regular hours.

  • The menu is available in the Business Hub app.

  • Through the Sodexo Direct app (Ran-go Express), salad reservations are available for pickup at the H-Café (snack bar) and at the Vehicles restaurant, during both shifts.
