Do you need to request a refund?
For your security, it is mandatory to attach proof of payment to future orders.
If you want to request a refund, it is mandatory to add proof of payment for your service. This is another security measure, and presentation of the document conditions the reimbursement by Bradesco Saúde.
The rule will come into effect from the second half of January 2024.
Proof of the amount disbursed can be a file that demonstrates:
– Bank transfer.
– The Pix.
– Proof of the credit or debit card transaction.
– Clearing the check/draft that supports the origin of the amount paid in cash to the provider who provided the service.
Important!
The document must be in the name of the beneficiary who received care outside the referenced network or, in the case of minor dependents, in the name of the main beneficiary.
Remember: refund requests must be made exclusively through the Bradesco Saúde app. Your login and password are personal and non-transferable information.
In order to optimize the reimbursement process, we inform you that a new field will be added to the reimbursement request journey via APP to include the requested document/medical report, for psychotherapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy events.
It is important to remember that the medical request is already part of the documents necessary for the process, as stated in the General Conditions, guidelines and in the APP, but, when not received by the Insurance Company, it was requested during the analysis process, as soon as its absence was identified.
Therefore, this document becomes mandatory when requesting a refund, that is, without it it will not be possible to complete the request on the APP.

We also reinforce the necessary information in the medical request/report:
– Referral from the doctor (CRM) with diagnosis, indication of treatment with a psychologist and number of sessions requested. The document must be dated and signed.

Be aware when a non-referenced clinic requests an excessive number of laboratory tests.

Maintaining our commitment to attention and quality of care for beneficiaries, in addition to adequate regulation, we have advanced on another journey of safety.
Requests for laboratory tests that present an “excessive number” of procedures per event will be subject to prior evaluation by Bradesco Saúde, with the need for clinical justification from the requesting doctor. This criterion will include services requested in the referenced network or through reimbursement.
If necessary for authorization of care in the referenced network, the laboratory will make available the attached form, to be completed by the requesting doctor and signed together with the beneficiary, and subsequently returned to the provider so that they can mediate contact with Bradesco Saúde, in turn, will have up to 3 working days to complete the analysis, following the deadline recommended by the National Supplementary Health Agency – ANS.
For use through reimbursement, additional documentation (form) may also be requested for evaluation by Bradesco Saúde, according to requests directed to the beneficiary. It is worth clarifying that this document model can be obtained in advance by the beneficiary by accessing their logged-in area.
